How to repaint the wood panel wall and vanity/cabinet? - vanity sink cabinets

I am not able to get a new sink / vanity, I have on the one I have to use now. It is a color of the walls and other wood panel color .. mismatch.
My only idea is that wood paneling and furniture, vanity, color, matching brown. Do you think it would work?
Or should I paint the wall alone, and the walls of the other after taking off the wallpaper and paint the cabinet under the sink a little color, but what?
